Express offers an electric heat gun (Ref. 2010) that works on the mains. It is a versatile tool that can be useful in a professional or personal setting. Depending on your use, you can choose between 4 different torch nozzles with different characteristics.
The fields of application of the electric heating gun Ref. 2010
The electric heat gun, reference 2010, is extremely versatile. It has a heating capacity of 1,500 W and its heating temperature can reach 700°C, with a precise and reliable electronic control system. Here are some of the heat gun applications.
- Heating and welding of plastics and thermoplastics.
- Narrowing of shrink sleeves and wrapping sheets.
- Drying of wet surfaces.
- Thawing of frozen water pipes.
- Stripping of paints, resins, glues, and other coatings.
- Activation and dissolution of adhesives and fusion adhesives free of solvents.
- Sterilisation of packaging materials.
The electric heat gun, reference 2010, works with 4 different nozzles, straight or angled, more or less wide, depending on the surface you want to treat.
The nozzles are made of stainless steel. They are resistant to heat, as well as moisture and corrosion. They are designed to last a long time, without showing any signs of weakness from repeated and heavy use.
1 – Nozzle Ref. 20101 for electric hot air torch
The 20101 torch nozzle is one of the 4 nozzle references dedicated to the electric hot air sealing torch, reference 2010.
This reference corresponds to a flat, fairly narrow nozzle of 20 millimetres in width. It allows you to work on small surfaces, by concentrating the lux of hot air. The nozzle is slightly tapered and arched to allow you to get around certain obstacles and squeeze through to reach less accessible areas.
The technical characteristics of the torch nozzle Ref. 20101
- Weight: 50 grams
- Diameter: 20 mm
- Length: 10 cm
- Width: 10 cm
- Height: 4 cm
2 – Nozzle Ref. 20102 for heat gun
The torch nozzle reference 20102 is a flat nozzle of 40 mm width. It allows you to treat a larger area than the previous reference. It is short and straight enough to work on flat, open surfaces, such as walls, for example, to remove paper.

- Diameter: 40 mm
- Length: 10 cm
- Width: 10 cm
- Height: 4 cm
3 – Nozzle Ref. 20103 for heat gun
The torch nozzle, reference 2010m, is flat. It has the same width as the 20101, i.e. 20 millimetres, but its elbow has a much more pronounced angle.
It is useful for the most inaccessible parts to be heated and stripped. It allows you to get behind obstacles, such as plumbing pipes for example.
