This flexible rubber hose (Cat. No. 963/20S), NF EN ISO 3821, is fitted with crimped 3/8″ left-hand thread female connectors.
It is a butane-propane gas torch hose.
You should bear in mind that a torch hose should be replaced every 3 years for intensive use and every 5 years in other cases.
If damage is observed (narrowing, folding, lack of rigidity, swelling, etc.), it is important to fit a replacement hose to ensure proper performance and safety.
