The thumbwheel at the back of the gun allows you to open and close the gas and to adjust the gas flow rate precisely to suit your needs. You can then modulate its temperature between 190°C and 900°C.

Ergonomics
Express has refined the aesthetics and ergonomics of its new hot air gun so that it is self-contained and easy to hold. It weighs only 450 grams bare and 1.37 kilos whole.
Packaging
The Express 4600 hot air gun is delivered in its case. This allows you to store everything in it: gun, gas cartridge and spare piezo, gloves, nozzles, etc.
It comes with a flat nozzle, a deflector and a gas cartridge. The flat nozzle is used for heating work and the deflector nozzle allows you to better direct the hot air for duct work.
Autonomy
The hot air gun works with a gas cartridge that gives you an autonomy of 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Use in all positions
The heat gun has a piezo ignition. It works in all directions and its reversal is immediate thanks to the 26% of propylene contained in its cartridge.
You can lock it in the on position so that you can work with your hands free. It can be placed in an upright position, but also lying down, thanks to the plastic support that is placed at the back of the gun and allows the hot air stream to be directed vertically.
Exceptional strength
Express has been working on the strength of its new hot air gun. It has thus undergone the equivalent of a car crash test to prove that after a fall from a height of more than 2.50 metres, on hard ground, its functioning is not affected.
Moreover, the gun can withstand water. You can work in the rain and humidity. In the series of tests it underwent, Express proved that the gun can be fully immersed in water and be re-lit immediately afterwards.
The adjustable hot air gun can be used outdoors, in windy and rainy conditions and at temperatures as low as -8°C.
